DK ULRICH

DK Ulrich is the consummate thinker and epitome of creative business genius. As a former Winston Cup Driver, he recorded 273 race starts and among other things has enjoyed success as a team owner, hotelier and accomplished aviator. DK’s approach to business is simple and straightforward—with a commitment to make everyone a winner.

STEVE HENRY

Steve Henry is a Texan through and through. He began his career in western apparel before starting his successful aviation company in the late 90’s, bringing managed heliports to sporting facilities nationwide. He is an accomplished pilot who comes from a lineage of aviators, which results in an innate focus on safety and execution.

JEFF FLOURNOY

Jeff Flournoy is an entrepreneur at heart and, as is typical of most creative thinkers, he excelled in several fields prior to assuming the role of President of ETA Logistics. Jeff began his management career in the restaurant and nightclub industry, and later worked in South Florida overseeing the security and logistics needs for high-net-worth travelers. Today he has combined those experiences to head the international brand of ETA Logistics.

 

As diverse as these personalities are, they form a partnership that works due to a key factor each is quick to recognize. “We work at three different speeds,” explains Jeff Flournoy. “DK is a race car driver and his character by nature is all gas and no brake. Steve, on the other hand, is an aviator who balances possibility with meticulous planning. He is the one who keeps DK and I from outpacing our capacity. I find myself somewhere in the middle, keeping us focused on the path ahead while working to protect the culture and core beliefs that have brought us this far.”
